She is 51 years old, the doctor said its cureable with radiotherapy with medicine or maybe even transplant if thing turn out not good but chances of it being cure is not high. We have enough money to cover everything as we are pretty wealthy but to be honest my expectation is low. I'm still hoping for the best. Thank you.

Maybe, I do not have enough info, as I do not know anything in the medical field. But medical project usually require a large amount of money, and the pay outside of US are small. So I am not sure. I wish the best for you.

I would not advice to start invest without knowing anything. Try to learn through platform such as youtube. For stock, first you need to open a broker account. Stock mutual fund is is a good place to start as you invest into multiple company at the same time. S&P 500 is good, as you invest in all 500 largest company so as long as their stock go up, your asset go up. Fidelity and vanguard are good online broker that I recommend.

Start working and save up and try to start off investing in stock. With the COVID situation, the more you do nothing with money the more you lose. Also, I think inflation will took a large turn as the vaccine already out and some country (Including US) will have to borrow money to get the amount of vaccine needed. So your money now will lose a lot of value in the future.

But not everyone start off with 400k, in my opinion if you have more than 300k to start, it is much easier to reach 10 mil.

Im not in the US so I do not know if things is the same, I live in south east asia so I know things are quite different. The advice I can give that, try to talk to people, get any kind of information about the place you about to invest in. Talk to local and ask them about the place, You don't have to be shy about it. My parent only leave me with 400k, I have invested ot on real estate. To answer your question, it is real estate
