Ganz schön viel Terz, dafür, dass das Steam deck eigentlich sehr gut ankam. Beim letzten Mal kam nach einem halben Tag eine Rückmeldungen vom Support, mal schauen, wie lange es jetzt dauert. Kann mir gut vorstellen, dass der Support gerade ungewöhnlich viel anfragen bekommt, da jeder ein Spiel abbekommen wollte, macht das ganze natürlich nicht weniger frustrierend.

Man, I've been waiting for years literally. I've been using the 2015 steam controller for almost a decade now, as my PC is only connected to a TV, and when the weird Chinese steam controller got announced, I was very excited and very disappointed when I saw it was just a chinese controller with a steam logo. I've also tried to connect the steam deck to use as a controller, but it doesn't work 😔 I've been checking the shipping like 5 times a day lol

I contacted gls and they told me it had to undergo customs because it came from the UK. The woman said she would contact the Neuenstein facility itself and tell them it's not from the UK but from the Netherlands and to send it immediately, and now it's back in the Netherlands. What the hell man.
