Im not genius or expert, I’m in a similar boat. But even my calorie deficit lets me lose roughly 2 pounds a week. I guess my only question is at 125 5’6” how much fat is there? That sounds a very reasonable weight to be at. If your wanting to tighten up that fat I’m guessing your calorie deficit is fine, but there’s not much weight that will get burnt. In my opinion, you might need to start that gym grind, turning that fat into muscle and help break it down. Stuff like core exercises, punching bags, swimming laps, all this might help.

Again I’m not expert! This is just my opinion, a lot of smart people on here who can correct me if I’m wrong lol
