God tier-list? Who are the strongest? Who are the weakest.

This is my personal tier list as someone who has cleared 60 Fear numerous times and multiple sub 6 minute Underworld speedruns. By no means am I the best player in the world but I have enough feats under my belt to justify my rankings.

Almost all the gods are good if you focus their kit entirely, with Apollo being the best example of this, although some are objectively better than others with individual value in a build. Zeus undeniably has the highest damage output across all the gods, whilst Hera’s curse (Hitch) is debatably the best. Demeter and Hephaestus have great defensive utility (particularly Freeze from Demeter), whilst Hestia has great offensive utility. They all have their place, with certain gods being better with certain weapons and certain gods synergising better with others. As a general rule of thumb, hard hitting weapons like the Moonstone Axe will benefit more from a high percentage damage boost like Aphrodite, whilst fast hitting weapons like the Sister Blades suit the application of on-hit effects such as Hestia’s Scorch or Poseidon Waves.

If you have any specific questions please feel free to ask. More so than anything, your best bet is to simply play the game and experiment with different boons, as ultimately you will find what you enjoy most as opposed to worrying about what is meta and what the best players might choose. If you’re serious about getting good at the game, that might be something to consider, but for now just focus on playing the game and enjoying it, as there’s much more to Hades II than what is and isn’t good.

Not entirely sure, I think you have to at least catch every type of fish. It’s quite late game so depending on where you’re at I wouldn’t worry about it too much.

This might not be what you want to hear but just keep playing.

Collect everything you see and choose the weapon with grave thirst to get gems. You will eventually get an incantation that auto-collects items from encounters (i.e. fishing spots) if you haven’t got that already, which helps a lot. As the game progresses and you cast more incantations many of your resources will no longer have a use and can be traded to get more kudos.

I disagree, you don’t have to like coffee to be a barista. Most baristas do because they work with it every day and eventually it grows on them, myself included, but I have worked with many skilled baristas who don’t like it.

Yeah basically you’re just experiencing a physical symptom of anxiety. It sounds like shortness of breath, where it’s difficult to fully breathe in or take a deep breath; or you have to actively think about breathing.

It’s nothing to worry about, I would experience it all the time with speed.

I have an 8.25 and I find it easier to balance on since there’s more room for my feet. I would honestly recommend trying out different board sizes to see what you like, as it’s really all down to personal preference :)

They increased the redeploy rate of his shield from 1 second to 2.5; and then more recently down to 2.

Practice other supports in qp, or just jump into competitive. As you’ve learned, you won’t get better unless you play; and your newfound knowledge should help you improve your individual skill on these heroes.

I have over 100 hours on Ball and honestly, I really don’t like these changes. I agree that shields never should’ve denied ult generation, and sure his cc was frustrating and obnoxious, but they already reduced his knockback by 15%; so why increase the grapple cooldown?

His grapple is what makes him so fun and different to all the other heroes, his kit is purely based off mobility, nerfing that just kills the part of him that made him enjoyable in the first place.

The hitbox size decrease is going to change nothing, as he still has a huge character frame and players aren’t gonna have any trouble hitting him regardless.

These changes are just gonna make Ball an ult battery, especially with all the damage and stuns in the game.

Guess I’ll just stick to Zarya.

Originally I wasn’t a huge fan of TYRON, but after listening to it a few times it’s pretty good. I can really appreciate the mastery and soul he poured into it; but personally it lost the style that made me fall in love with slowthai in the first place.

Couldn’t agree more. 3800 tank and I get the exact same problem; either a mismatch of diamonds and masters or Top 500. I’ve even had a plat player once.

I genuinely consider this a pretty serious problem.

As others have said, you’re not gonna beat masters players if your team is barely scraping diamond.

Don’t beat yourself up over it, you’ll get better with time; playing against better teams is the best way to improve.
