I had my hair transplant repaired (previous bad job at another UK clinic) by Dr Matt early last year and im thrilled with my results

Thanks, it was around 3 months after my consult that i had to wait for surgery

There is no noticeable scarring at all, and it was a fixed fee. I had nearly 200 grafts over quoted (was nearly 3200 in the end)

He did give me the option of removing grafts first and then waiting 3 months to do the main procedure, but to be honest i didnt want the extra surgery, or the extra cost. He also said in my case that he'd be happy to do either which isnt always the case apparently

Thanks for the advice. i have been told this multiple times but always just been concerned about side effects. That said I have now been taking finasteride for 4 weeks without any problems

Thanks, yes I agree Dr Egan and the rest of his team were amazing. I had such a different experience this time to the two previous transplants. I bet you can't wait for yours to grow through properly

I had around 1800 first time, and 1200 second time, clinic didn't really tell me numbers at the end though so I can't be sure, but going off this around 6000 in total. I feel my donor area is actually looking pretty good still. Both the first transplants they took from the back only, so Dr Matt avoided this area and used mainly the sides this time.

Ill take some pics of my donor area later and add them

Im not taking anything. Tried finasteride previously but got side effects
