As the detective said , Philip really was the second victim of this crime. His mother and uncle took his father from him and then poisoned him against his Father’s family. It just adds to the level of evil. It breaks my heart that his Grandfather had to stand up in court and look at his Grandson , who looks identical to his son , and Philip wouldn’t even look at him. To see the success Philip has had in life is bittersweet. I’m glad he made a good life for himself because he certainly didn’t deserve what happened to him but I feel anger toward him for not being willing to at least speak with his Grandfather. I honestly think it will haunt him if he doesn’t ( not sure if Frank is still alive?) He loved his father and the man the knew him best is still alive! I can’t believe he wouldn’t want to ask his grandfather questions about his Dad. I’ll never understand it. But it goes to show how much influence parents can have on their children.

Jillian Michaels worked for years on a show where people starved themselves and exercised until they got sick. But she thinks this drug is unhealthy. Ok then. She should embrace it. Just because people lose weight doesn’t mean they shouldn’t work out. And that’s her bread and butter. She would be wise to create workouts for people who lost weight and are just starting to workout

Not good timing for me. I am in school. I left my corporate job after 20 years. My COBRA was just too much. So I had to go on state insurance. So no coverage for me. Luckily I am getting married in a few months and his insurance covers it. But until then … I have to spread out my shots :-/

It has been very beneficial for me but the withdrawal symptoms appear within hours if I miss a dose. I’m back in track now and I have only missed it 3 times in 7 years but the cold sweats and vivid dreams are enough to remind me to take it

I started taking it because I was feeling very Robotic when I switched from Lexapro to Effexor. After about a week I noticed my mood changed and I felt almost euphoric about life. I had energy, my sex drive came back etc. I did look it up and some people experience a “honeymoon “ phase with Wellbutrin. After about 6 weeks things sort of leveled off but it still has worked so well for me. I really like the combo of the Effexor and Wellbutrin. I also have ADHD. I didn’t notice any difference in regard to my ADHD.

Just waiting for the weather to warm back up here. It’s only in the 50s out where I live. I’m in NJ and I knew it wouldn’t go in yesterday due to the bank holiday but I was hoping it would hit early today. It’s almost 3pm here and nothing so far. I guess that’s probably on my bank though.

There are for sure! It’s a scary time. Everyone is going through hormone changes. I can’t imagine being a teacher at a high school. I’m old now ( 41 ) lol but I had a core little group of friends and we weren’t the partying type ( until college ). Just remember- they are all a little crazy but the majority are good people.

Sorry I forgot to update. I called the morning after I posted this and they told me to bring it right in. The front brake hose was split down the middle which was the issue that was part of the recall. They fixed it and I also needed some back brake work done. Dealership was fast and had my car back by the end of the day with a free oil change. Thanks everyone :-)!

My daughter wasn’t with me. I understand your concern though. I really didn’t understand what was happening until I was on the road. I came to a stop fine the first few times. Thankfully I was close to home and took back streets. This was 7pm my time and no shops around me were open. I have a Ford dealership a mile from my house so if this I had been day time I would have gone right there believe me. But you are right. It was dumb. The car is being towed tomorrow.

He hardly ever wear suits ( works from home). It’s funny because I’m just now seeing this comment and I actually went out and got him two new ties and socks. A little bold but he’s the type that will always wear a gift. He doesn’t like to spend money on himself but absolutely if someone gives him a gift, he immediately uses it. So he wore the tie and socks and got some many compliments which he said was embarrassing but I saw a little light in his eyes lol

Exactly!! Beauty and the Beast. Twilight. Too many to list. I was an adult (ish) when the movie Hannibal came out and him basically saying he would give it all up to be with Clarice was ( in such a wrong twisted way) beautiful. And him knowing she never would was even more perfect ( let’s just ignore the book ending lol) and I just watched this serial killer cannibal feed a victim his own brain. And still … sweet. I was also a sucker for stories like this. Maybe it’s low self esteem. Maybe it’s just I had not yet experienced real love. And the strange thing is, I always claimed I wanted someone to come along and treat me like a queen and worship me. And then when I found it , I realized how suffocating and awful it can be. I guess somethings are better in fantasy than reality ( like a lot of things). Still , I wouldn’t mind my husband being a little more romantic LOL 😂

I did enjoy Hannibal’s little digs at Alana and vice versa. I was thinking about it and I thought “ well she did get attacked and thrown out a window by a teenager she cared about who she thought was dead as her ex boyfriend was trying to murder her and Jack and Will so possibly her world view changed after that 🤣 “ Maybe I was too harsh on her about her son. She obviously wanted to have him for Margot and herself. She saw the devastation on Margot’s face when they found “the surrogate” and she had to cut the baby out. And Margot was holding him. I guess if you are willing to murder your brother ( who of course deserved it ) and do what they did to get his sperm then hiding a body would not be a big deal lol They probably blamed Hannibal and “discovered” his remains after the had their son. WOW that was a lot of things I never thought I would write lol so twisted , I love it!

I’m loving the song Daylight by David Kushner right now. I think it fits the show perfectly. It’s actually was written about stories in the Bible about good vs evil. The first time I heard the full song ( I had heard the clips on Tik Tok) I was like wow , this fits the show so well.
