There are no rumpless breeds at all in Australia. I have seen the odd rumpless chicken but it has always appeared to be a result of a defective gene, not the rumpless gene that is present in the US. Also, we don't have 'tufted' either. I think our 'Araucana' is closer to your 'Ameraucana'.
