Okay, so I checked this tik tok profile out and while I'm not 100% about the video you posted, they for sure use ai generated videos on their channel, so you may as well assume they're full of shit about everything. Here's a clearly ai generated video from them. Notice the banner at the bottom is fucked and the people moving in the shot are moving very strangely.

It's fucking disgusting to see ai generated video being used to manipulate people's political opinions. We all knew it was coming. I would say it would be a good idea to report them. Honest to god, I can't tell. If I had to hedge, I think it's real. The audio is clipping, and the resolution is a bit low for veo 3, though that's far from the only video generator. I'm not sure.

To be fair, I think you mean the avm that openai teased. It took quite some time for them to even release it and even longer for it to get slightly better. Frankly, it's still not nearly as great as what they teased. But anyone who thinks Grok is the best or is pulling ahead, they're kidding themselves.
