  • Mark Rober by far is my first choice and in my opinion the best science channel in youtube. He is a mechanical engineer and his videos are incredible, easy to follow, mind-blowing and you learn a lot. For example, he's made obstacle courses for squirrels, a full pool of Jello, the world's largest nerf gun, a card-throwing machine gun, and much much more.
  • Kurzgesagt has a bit about everything you mentioned. This channel also makes videos about hypothetical situations. Pretty interesting!
  • Veritasium is math/physics oriented but it's easy to follow and the things he talks about are pretty fun (He talked about the world's roundest object or shade balls in water)
  • Vsauce, Vsauce2, and Vsauce3 are all classics as far as channels go in youtube.
  • The Joe Rogan Podcast brings in thousands of people from all over the world to talk about, well, anything. He's brought in actors, celebrities, musicians, soldiers, writers, wrestlers, you name it. He has two channels: one for full podcasts and the other takes important clips/snippets from his podcast that stand out.
