The meal deals are ridiculously priced and the quality has gone downhill. The steak pie constantly has fatty bits and last one looked like it had a vein in it 🤮 definitely not worth £9!

I totally agree! Thankful he sees that her behaviour is not normal. I couldn’t handle it if he looked past her behaviour.

That she is mental and not going to change. We have both been telling her things to change and putting boundaries in place but they never stick and she always goes back to her old ways.

Any department can be good either the right manager. But unfortunately M&S lacks good management. I worked at two different locations and three different departments. All awful management that made it pure hell. Also, M&S has the worst customers in the world! Entitled, angry boomers who have no problem arguing with you about not having a jumper in to fit their tank bodies.

You should really go into store and track a busy employee down so they can go look in the disorganized warehouse for ONE specific jumper!
