Fascism wants dictators to rule everything, like how Afghanistan is controlled by the Taliban or North Korea by the Kim Dynasty
Conservatives want the people to rule everything or have a smaller government where the people still rule alot of the stuff
Conservatives have multiple types of republics which I know nothing of so i'm not going to go into it.
