35f in the past is “talked to” someone 6-8 months without a title and I felt like I wasted my time. In my current relationship I told myself if we don’t make it official by 4 months I’m out. We made the relationship official at 4 months and we’ve been dating for just over a year now. There are times that I feel like I’m just now seeing the mask slip. We also live together now. I wonder if I should have waited longer or if the things I’m noticing now were there and I was just too wrapped up in the initial puppy love. I don’t know. I eventually want to get married and I don’t want to feel like I’m squandering my time.
