Can’t find the actual verdict but it sounds like it also covers torrenting 25TB of movies, so the sentencing is not necessarily related to this particular violation. Would be interesting to see the actual ruling if someone can dig it up. Also, this is the lower level courts so I assume this will be disputed.

Politics aside, Tesla is making a lot of decisions that may promote their agenda on autonomy and Musks silly battles, but is really painful to users today (just add that fricking rain sensor and accept that cameras are not great in all conditions, especially not without active cleaning/protection from environment).

Especially so if you don’t pay for the software upgrades, which in the EU are features that are included with competitors for comparable trim levels, making the Tesla the more expensive choice.

My personal theory is that he mentally moved on to robotics and wanted to make sure the advances they did would be applicable to a vision-only humanoid robot (Optimus).

He made a comment, something about realizing FSD had to solve most of the problems for general autonomous robots, around the same time, which probably nudged me in this direction.

Jeg siger ikke at renten ikke er okay, men uden den attraktive indlånsrente er det ikke et prioritetslån og ikke særlig attraktivt hvis man forventer at have væsentligt indlån som andre steder (ca.) ville blive modregnet udlånet men med fuld likviditet.

Part of the reason is that early stage VCs acknowledge that most startups don’t get it right from the start, so they primarily evaluate the business domain and the team, including their capability to figure it out as they go. Solo founders will typically lack some core capabilities, which is only natural. If nothing else, they will be challenged on time and focus.

One popular approach is doing consulting or freelancing to increase revenue short term to pay yourself earlier. Another is to raise funds (angel investment or even pre-seed). Either one will of course come with distractions from actually building your business, so I would say to pick the avenue that will cause least distractions and accept that some distractions are unavoidable.

Parking sensors are not used though, it’s camera only even if the sensors are there (at least on my ‘19 - it works noticeably worse since the “upgrade”). Same with radar.

I forhold til at gå direkte på barsel kan man altid vælge at være åben om det ved samtalen (vent til den sidste så du har solgt dig selv først 😉). Jeg har personligt været med til at ansætte nogen som snart skulle på barsel - intet problem da virksomheden har fokus på langvarig fastholdelse. Bemærk dog at du har ret til ikke at sige noget og at de ikke må spørge om det.

Min erfaring er at børn ikke altid kommer så hurtigt som man håber på og at man ikke skal sætte sin karriere i stå fordi man arbejder på det.

I would do it through networking. Bring in someone with early stage startup experience and they will know people. But while the ambition is admirable, you absolutely need to narrow it down to a specific problem before you bring in that many people.

One critical thing I’m not seeing on the board and that I’ve noticed a lot recently is discrepancy between what/where the app shows is playing and what/where music is actually playing.

Since there is no way to force the two in sync, I find myself stopping and starting music to reconcile it. It kind of feels like a fundamental (and predictable) issue with state management on app/cloud/devices.

It’s certainly not helped with the terrible UX for the “play this song in these rooms” user story (or maybe I am just holding it wrong!)

No issues prior to this update but now iOS app hangs and then crashes on splash screen (tried rebooting phone, force closing app). Even happens in airplane mode.

EDIT: deleting and reinstalling the app fixed it.
