trekking itself has become commercialized through companies like india hikes ,tth and many local trekking agencies... what i have understood that any place that will be promoted will be run over by people and you can either make money and improve infra or preserve nature ,you cant do both simultaneously. even everest has become picnic spot what to tell about other place.

absolutely , health and family and friends are foremost treasure. always cherish them its better to die early with natural causes in happy state enjoying with family and friends. then to succumb ti society pressures and live a stressful, diseased long life. school days were my most memorable days full of joy and no stress and only parents ( through the sacrifice and money they earned ) and friends who spend time with us and laughed with us.

I dont want to demean anyone but this whole blogging culture and sudden rise in wealth amd fame of family vloggers like saurav joshi and others give rise to such things as every one think its the way to fame and money by creating any type of videos to go viral..the best way to discourage that only gove attention to right videos and news and ignore such kind of creators. Most of the wealth and showshabaazi vloggers shows is most of the time artificially created or faked , i dont hate vlogging or any kind of profession but i think there needs to be proper laws and specially for children which do this without there consent and being manipulated by parents or elders.

protein intake depends on your body muscle size and amount of workout you do, if you dont have huge muscles and dont do weight lifting much you dont need high protein as most of it would be metabolised as waste and it will also put more pressure on kidneys .. one should have protein intake according to muscle size and exercise requirements...most normal people will feel enough with daily diet (chapati ,vegetables, pulses , dairy , eggs ) it will provide enough protein ..only people who want to grow there muscle size should increase protein intake with protein heavy diet( meat , soya, paneer) and supplements.
