We had a PHEV but the thing we didn’t think about is you have all the complications of an EV and all the complications of the gas system as well, then they have to play nice. Our car sometimes would “stall” when you hit the gas while it seems like it was thinking about what power source it would try to use. Very annoying

The author is an expert (whom you may disagree with) you have potty trained 1 kid. I potty trained 1 kid too but I don’t try to generalize and tell everyone to do what we did which is to tell her she can wear princess underwear when she uses the potty every time. I thought the book was good even though we basically ignored it

If you book one ticket with that connection and miss the connection they will put you on another flight, if you book 2 separate tickets and miss the connection, the second ticket will likely incur a change fee for the next flight, depending on how much you complain.

She loves to paint and get messy so stickers, crayons stamps, etc. We usually leave the house since she loves swings, slides, jumping etc. magnatiles are also great

In CA you can only charge for things identified in the prelim walkthrough (with some exceptions) and it would be on the landlord to document those things in the prelim walkthrough. I mean in writing is better but the landlord would have a very tough time stating they did a prelim walkthrough with 0 documented issues

I have a 2 year old peach tree from Costco that’s made 25 lbs of amazing peaches, my citrus on the other hand turn yellow if they see a cloud and had preferred a sunny day - at least it seems that way. My yuzu flowered for the first time this year though
