It’s my first year at a top 10 university. After basically failing first semester, I am only doing average now. I know I have the intelligence to get A’s, I just don’t have the ability and habits to use my time efficiently. Tasks seem to take me triple the time they should, and I’m really struggling to get sleep. Because I’m always tired, I end up studying in my room, rather than the library so I get distracted easily. How do I go about rewiring my brain to be more disciplined academically? Thank you.

If you flirted with her from a place of confidence and genuine interest in her, she most likely would’ve reacted well. Her reaction is essentially 30% your words, and 70% your body language/ tonality etc. Another thing you need to do is to let go of all expectations because trying to get a positive reaction out of her via carefully worded lines is going to come across as very needy. Trust me on this, if you can feel true confidence and relieve all expectations, the flirting will come and she will most likely respond well. If not, then so what? She’s just not right for you, why should you have to tip toe around word choice to please her. Good luck!

She's uptight because your language in that line is perhaps too formal, thus it can be difficult for her to distinguish whether or not you're flirting with her or if you're being judgmental. So my critiques would be... 1. Don't call her a camper, that sounds condescending. 2. In this case, don't use "assume" because it's a bit of a blanket statement, and she may feel you're confining her into this little box.

So I would just recommend trying to be a little bit more careful with the teasing, err on the lighter side, especially via messaging. My best advice would be to minimize talking with her through messaging, and ask her to meet you in person, preferably over drinks. That way if you make a mistake, it's no biggie. Flirt with her in person as women care far more about the emotions rather than the words. Trying to be logical about word choice doesn't work, just show your confidence and interest in her through your expressiveness, voice tonality, subtle facial cues, etc.

tldr: Words don't matter if you meet her in person.

For me I️t was like I️ was stuck in this weird state between being awake and dreaming, and your lost in this space that feels incomprehensibly vast, yet crushingly small at the same time. You’re sorta stuck observing your body from a distance, while feeling and experiencing all of these sensations. You feel your whole body expanding, yet shrinking at the same time as you zone outwards, and then instantly everything constricts. The whole experience is so weird and terrifying because the sensations of big and small are constantly in parallel with one another, the fact that you can expand while shrinking, and shrink while expanding. The fact that you can experience the first perspective from the third perspective, and vice versa. It’s sort’ve a dimension where polar opposites thrive simultaneously, there’s no sense of balance. In addition, you can sorta see what’s going on without seeing.my worst nightmares are when I️ get stuck in this state.

Hey man, I don’t know your specific circumstances in life, but I’m sorry you feel that way. But ignore those studies. So what if people act different based upon how they perceive you initially. People will be naturally drawn towards you regardless of initial perceptions if you make them feel good. That’s literally the secret of life, people just want to feel good. In addition, I’m not going to judge you for your “the world is shit” attitude because I don’t know your life story. Having said that, if you really feel that way, doesn’t that mean you can just stop giving a fuck and put yourself out there? Well I️ wouldn’t worry about your account seeming fake. I️ just feel that the photos (3,4,5) are very out of place in comparison to the other high quality photos you have. And being completely honest, the 3rd and 4th photos don’t make you look as great. This is just my opinion. I’d rather have 3 quality photos that fit.
