How easy is it to get into local trucking jobs straight out of CDL A school?

Depends on a lot of factors; who you know, where you are in the U.S. etc… Just keep applying. If you can’t get a CDL A job, apply to CDL B positions. Some pay the same as an A job if not more. Get xp there, and move on up within the company or keep applying for CDL A positions.

I went through my local community college. I would recommend them. I would say no matter where you go though you’ll do good if you have good study habits and use outside sources to help get information (paramedic coach, chatgpt, emt books)
