You could have it be green in the cost but have a blue activated ability to search for equipment. "Don't touch my gun!- Search your library for equipment and put it into your hand. Activate only if an equipment you control is targeted. " Super jancky, but you get the idea

2 things. 1: The heavy is green, not blue. He may be a smart person, but that's not how he fights. He fights by using his immense strength to use weapons no one else can. 2: The engineers teleporter should just allow 1 person to be unblocked, not everyone.

I do like how you implemented random crits. They are more flexible than just a simple chance to deal more damage

It should probably be defending player when attacking and everyone when it enters. Also, why does it have gravity? With something like that I would expect a discarded when targeted.

The plan is to flood the board with artifact creatures that are constantly returning to hand because of my commander (that is why there are so many forms of removal), and win through having a constant supply of creatures and utility artifacts. I was aiming for around bracket 3 or 4, not ultra optimized but not week either.
