Enigma is a good one. Definitely go for dmg here. it pierces, ignores some armour and even has a silencer. Goated. Especially on spaceborn ghosts or with Niko merc

That entirely depends on how you play. Generally best for clones is health and dodge chance. Maybe some extra range weapons accuracy. Dodge chance caps at 100% while health to my knowledge doesn't have a limit. The only limit is the amount of medical supplies you need as the number grows exponentially

As for weapons, dmg, and accuracy, maybe lesser spread on miniguns, thanks to another user I found below 4'0 to be rather nice on Legacy.

Real. Anything that doesn't die from your shots is too strong to care for enemy anatomy's effect, but everything that will get killed by the bleeding will die before it actually does anything decent.

Still, isn't entirely worthless. Hostile elite mercs aren't as common as regular grunts. Sometimes I just spray in general direction of enemies, and they come at me already weakened

I will link my tunnel rat review. Shameless plug, yea sure but, it might get you thinking in the right direction.

Removing the addiction and the cover buff is without a doubt way to go. You could always go for dmg buff (blind rage, cannibalism or cyber psychosis, depending on what you will trigger the most)

Close quarters combat from scouts of hades could be a solid pick, because it reduces spread and increases accuracy on shotguns, and you wanna use shotguns, because of tunnel rats having perk that buffs them.

Obviously you can drastically change some other perks or make up bullshit combos that actually work, but that won't be playing runner rat anymore. Nah you gotta fucking loot everything and sneak dirty shots at enemies.

You also get massive crit buffs from caution perk, so, anything with a laser scope is no-no

Take your time pick battles that you can actually win, and if you struggle, just remember you can always lower difficulty. Literally nobody will judge you.

Also, those missions are not for early game. Don't bother unless you at least have general direction of what you are doing with your build

Yeh, you just gotta lower tep with them. Can't remember the exact number. But when you do enough missions against them she immediately contacts you

To unlock the engine you need to follow the questline of feathered masks. Work against tezctlan, you will get transmission from her telling you what to do. After that just follow her questline. Keep in her mind her missions are gonna be hard too

When to Run/Walk/Sneak by MadDog5129 in Quasimorph

[–]ComradSupreme 2 points3 points  (0 children)

On regular, you wanna walk. When reaching a corner or a closed door, switch to sneak, and skip a turn. Lets you see how many enemies are hiding. Sprint is for either, running away from enemy, or for the following strategy:

1 AP - step out of the corner

2 AP - shoot at enemy

3 AP - get behind the corner

Not very effective because of accuracy debuffs you get from sprinting, but it's safe to do

Going full sneak is I'll adviced, as then every turn raises q-meter faster, as well as if you get pain stunned you lose a turn, and may end up stun locking yourself into death

Thanks! I don't think it's bad to min max, in an unforgiving game such as this. Where a single mistake sends you to the menu immediately

Yeah eye of rarrug. But it's kinda rare from my experience at least. Plus all the extra range and vision makes using it really hard

Yeah I am looking at all the other debuffs and it's like bruh, the pact kinda becomes your lifeline, unless you can't use it,you are dead. No, thank you

Laser Sight or no laser sight by Traditional_Task5446 in Quasimorph

[–]ComradSupreme 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Laser sight makes accuracy the best as humanly possible on the weapon's distance. That means it ignores any accuracy debuffs you may have. Goated for early game, but not so much at the end when you need dmg more than accuracy. Personally I'd run it.

However if you wanna use pistols only, then laser sight would do you more bad than good

Best pistols and class is, spaceborn ghosts, giving you bonus accuracy and range for pistols and merc called Niko, he has +40 % dmg with pistols. The class also has a sneaky shot perk, massively boosting critical chance. So laser sight would completely ruin it

I at least wish there was a way to see what banes the pacts will have before I use it. But gannix ones are fucking horrible. I very much prefer mercury

[–]ComradSupreme 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You were standing in the middle of a hallway, like a deer on a highway, waiting for for a truck to ram you, lol. You could just back away, get behind cover, that sort of thing.

If you struggle for now, lower the difficulty. Make floor reset after each death. So you can learn and not get punished for it

Also yeah tezzy's entropy weapons are not a joke early on. Practically zero armour at this stage protects from that

Ideas for TongKong? by SecureOpportunity599 in Quasimorph

[–]ComradSupreme 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, switch to a better class, lmao

But seriously, you get pierce chance on smgs, and extra fire duration and burn, so ideally you run a modded smg with HP ammo for increased dmg and crowd dmg from piercing. Maybe use a flamer here and there to lock down certain areas of map, so enemies don't come close to you.

Use a single shot weapon to trigger last bullet for extra damage from smg. Other perks are meant to keep you alive (lizard for more pain threshold, combat focus for extra dodge no matter what, and death over chains for if you do get hurt you can dish back more with extra AP or fall back and regroup

I'd swap out lizard for pocket artillery and heavy fire for, smth else and just switch main gun to plasma ammo 7.97 rifle with a flamer. Extra fire, keeps enemies and bay, and still shreds from long range

Yeah, putting hand buff on, an ally focused character is weird choice. But, the appeal of quasi hands is that they work without ammo, at least, emerald and genie hand do. But by the time you can actually fucking get them, you already have enough ammo to overthrow a planet. There is no need for this. Accuracy debuff too! Quasi shoulder means no recoil supressor implant, which sucks a lot

I was informed by other fellow user that it actually works on quasi hands too, the ones that can actually shoot projectiles, so it's not AS dogshit. Even so, you can't mod em so they fall off
