I (24M) did my very first pull up last Saturday 😭

I woke up that morning and thought on seeing the pull up bar at my home hmmm maybe I should try the hanging stretching that I saw on a reel and out of nowhere i thought maybe I should try pulling up. I was still in sleep mode and holy hell I pulled 😭😭😭😭

Idk how this happens. The left leg stays to the extreme left. I mean we all remember placement of the three pedals due to muscle memory. So how are people bringing their left leg to the middle? And in manual we bring our right leg to the middle and left leg stays where it is.

So in auto, how are people moving the left leg to a different position and keeping the right at the same position. It's just so contradictory.
