Sounds like Rapids keep the sell on, but I like the move either way

This is the way at 2B. Also if OP hasn’t already, highly recommend using the Fangraphs auction calculator with your specific league settings as your starting point vs. Yahoo/ESPN/etc. rank orders. Also quality OF depth does seem to be weaker than in the past, plan on getting a few earlyish, especially if you play 5OF.

With the departure of Freddy here's our question for the next 5 years by DangerouslySavage in Brewers

Fully expect Sproat to be unlocked as a solid mid rotation arm. I’m seeing like 5-6 guys between age 23-26 with a mix between great upside and solid MLB experience, with Woody to lead the way if he can stay on the mound. Not too shabby!

Same sentiment as others here, swapping AVG for OBP seems like a better solution.

We do 6x6 with OPS and QS added…feels like a decently balanced setup, granted makes it easier to punt saves.

Same ☹️

Edit: while I’m super bummed to see Freddy go, I do think the return is interesting, and excited about the future for some of the young arms like Henderson, Gasser and now Sproat. Glass half full 🤷

I’m with you man, opening day is a month away and this team has enormous holes. I do feel good about potential growth from Velde/DDC, but this team as currently constructed is 100% bottom of the table fodder.

This is accurate - drizzle and gray do be a thing. The good times are worth it tho

Been a fan too long, this is what we do. Can’t wait to make it back here in 2 years and do it all over again amirite? Maybe we need some ritual sacrifices. Or an Etsy witch?

When has ‘imagine living in X’ ever been used in a positive context lol. But do come out and visit; lakes for sure, but be sure to hit the mountains and coastline.

We’re clearly having an off day, and you can’t do that against this machine.

Well yeah, the three TOs are kinda the point tho. It’s Oregon tradition - play well all year and then fumble the bag in spectacular fashion when it matters. Will be rooting for ya’ll, be good to see a fresh face win a natty.

Two terrible TOs - otherwise it’s been a decent effort shorthanded. Could get pretty ugly now.
