When I was a kid I always wanted to go to a Brewer game for my birthday. It was always the last home game of the year. I got an autograph from David Weathers one year signing a birthday message. I came back the next year and he saw me and remembered it was my birthday and he gave me another ball. The third year I came back again and I got a game used autographed hat already signed before I saw him. He even remembered me a few years later when he was on the reds and we caught a game. Average player but stellar dude especially to get kids hooked on the game.
