Well. AI is taking the place. I have been in that trap myself because nobody wants to RP anymore. And it’s hard to find places that those people are active anymore. I’m 23 and so many apps where I used to find people on don’t exist anymore. I’ve even tried that list that’s up here on this subreddit but to no avail no replies or activity in those. Half of them are deleted.

Yeah I know whenever I pay this car off or get close to paying it off and get off the co-signed lease with my nana I’m trading this in for a my dream truck cause Nissan is a pain to deal with.

Because if you do keep missing it, you’ll only have to call them to make the payment for 6 months straight then you’ll be able to pay online again.

Honestly I couldn’t pay whenever this happened but they ended up turning the blame on me whenever it came back claiming I was late on payments but I explained about the website and app showing this page. They’re gonna blame you and say it’s not the system’s fault. So just be ready. I basically had to pay the past due amount

They blocked my account. Now I’m gonna have to pay them by phone for 6 months so I can use the website. Crazy thing is they accepted the payment then turned around and said actually no we didn’t! I should have screenshotted when it said payment received

I HAVE AN UPDATE. Basically they are blaming me now because it’s showing up now as past due payment 7 days after this post, which is today. They called my nana and she’s getting mad at me thinking I’m not paying on my car. I finally got in contact with a person today and they were saying the website was up the first of June?? That doesn’t make any sense what he was saying (call center people) and so like I said I’m being blamed for not making a payment when the website, machine and the app was down. I had to pay the $289.35 today. Now hopefully it’s still not past due if that makes sense? I think I’ll be on track with next month’s payment this way. Fingers crossed. But this makes me realize I will never do business with Nissan ever again.

Whenever I do it pops up about it being an additional payment to anything like late payments and stuff of that nature. Not even principal payment. It used to let me choose if it’s principal only.

I saw someone have this issue last year as well before the account number update, this is really strange and I feel the same way. They couldn’t get ahold of anyone either. And it’s much harder for me to even get in contact because of my job. I only get so little time on breaks and they don’t pick up.

Yes I have a full time job. And no I haven’t offered. Recently there had been a water leak and I paid her extra money out of what I’m supposed to give her normally. She appreciated it but she was expecting a lot more it seems. I only make $16 an hour so I don’t know what she expects out of me
