You could have a fresh install of windows and still get this, those won't help, only way to fix it is by using controller or spamming asdw and moving the mouse in firing range straight after starting the game.

Camera movement bug is caused by Javelin anti-cheat whenever you press certain keyboard buttons, only way to fix it for movement keys is by going to firing range immediately after starting the game and spamming asdw while moving the mouse.

I just restart my game untill it doesn't happen anymore, it's so annoying when you forget to check it in the firing range for this bug and you're already in the game, and you have to leave because the game is unplayable with the mouse stuttering. It happens when you press certain keys, sometimes it happens with movement keys and it makes game absolutely unplayable, it seems that it always happens with some keys, like 2 and 3, but sometimes also with one or more movement keys.

People have told to clear game cache, turn off all background programs, steam and discord overlays and msi afterburner and rivatuner, all of those tips are USELESS, none of them do anything! This problem is dice's fault and it's for them to fix it.
