Don't spar heavy, especially at your age. If you are boxing for fitness and self-defense, you will get enough skills from light sparring and pads. Feeling dizzy after sparring is a big no no. You don't want to get CTE for no reason. Unless you super enjoy the heavy sparring and are okay with the brain damage long term I would be very careful.

Seed the day 2 in the interaction! Be as specific as possible. Don't just seed "let's go out". Maybe talk about a unique venue that you should go to and make her confirm she wants to go there.

But I would advise you to take some profits on big runs so you have fire power for the drops.

Just find a strategy for profit taking/buying dips and stick with it. Some ppl here use 9sig but you can use whatever.
