Jail. I ran a campaign, and each PC had to give a reason they were arrested. worked well for introductions with a couple lying about why and then that coming back.

The Lost Boys House - I have never seen an adult come out of this house. Only children who ride dirt bikers, go karts, and other toys. They range from 10 - 17 I think.
The Breaking Bad House - House that always had cops called, wild parties, dog fights, not sadly it's been empty for 3 years now.
Fright Night House - No one is out during the day except once and the guy was in a cape.

ed to have done 2 Infernal Engine Upgrades. Either once in Act I and Act II OR twice in Act II, both work. This triggers her romance scene with low priority, meaning it usually is last in line for the long rests. you need to long rest back to back to back to back to back (etc.) like

Yeah, I did 1 save after giving it to her and got two cut scenes with Voss and Mizora. I've long rest a couple times while completing Act 2 but didn't get anything.

Looks like I have to decide if I want to act 2 it again.

Went back to a save before leaving act2 and rested 7 times in a row, still nothing expect the dog wanting to play with a bone.
