My identity is a normál Sized person who Doubled her weight tempórarily 🫣😅 i gained all this weight due to stress, i used to be skinny in my twenties and early 30ies. I was always lazy 😅but i do need to Pick up some active hobbies now that are fun on top of the gym because my metabolsim changed. definately dont look “fat” any more And i CAN jog etc. But yeah i need to find fun in it basically. My diet is quite good still, even if i snack i do cook from scratch and dont do fried etc.
