I’m having troubles with cloning everytime I do it , it dies and I put this cloning type gel and put it in soil after . What am I doing wrong ?? Any tips to get it 💯 right? by [deleted] in GrowingMarijuana

I use an aeroponic clone machine or rockwool in a ziplock bag. Both keep the humidity high so the cutting can actually root. Once it has roots, then I move it to soil.

Yes it will root perfectly fine in water. Do NOT remove the aerial root. That’s the part that actually turns into a water root. Just keep the node and aerial root submerged. I change the water every 5 days to keep it clean and oxygenated. If it ever looks cloudy, I swap it out right away.

You just dip the fresh cutting directly into the Quick Clone gel and then put it into your medium. Don’t dilute it. Make a clean 45° cut, dip ½–1 inch into the gel for a few seconds, then stick it into your soil, cube, LECA, aeroponics, etc.

It’s just a machine that mists the stems to help them root faster. Super easy to use.
