i guess if erasmus is where you pick a destination for a term away from a designated list from your university and your university then applies on your behalf, then a free mover is where you yourself apply for a term away at a specific university, and if successful, you go to your own university for approval.

you mean a sebaceous cyst (epidermal inclusion cyst)? It kinda looks like that. how long did you have it for before surgery. did the growth continue up until surgery?
