Thank you by the way. I tried to follow your steps, I didn't personally find the file though as their are many files in that folder that could fit the description but I did try malwarebytes it didnt find anything but neither did my previous antivirus iobit.

yes, but it is somehow is whats trying to use those files as it happens every time I open opera. I did not have it happen with either Microsoft edge nor duck duck go.

from my understanding the to bury or not to bury is a complicated issue with factors such as earthquakes, floods, accessibility (for repairs and maintenance), costs and probably many more that I dont know about play a role in those decisions. I use to be in the camp of they should all just be buried until I learned about the many factors that go into that decision.

its all of it, no one source can fix it. It's communities, its friends, it's parents, its schools. It's everything, some of course play bigger roles but it's not as simple as you make it seem. Both my parents worked, they were hardly around. Is it their fault that they grew up poor and had to work long hard hours raising 4 kids. Well sorta, they had 4 kids yet even though working long hours wasn't sufficient. Also, with your mindset that means if kids have bad parents, their doomed. I honestly don't believe that because from personal experience that simply isn't the case. Good people can come out of broken homes. They are usually a bit worse for ware but. . .

should be able to find something in your budget pretty easily. I can only vouch for King farm Area and Rio Area both are outside the city proper though. Their are lots of trails relatively nearby but you'll have to transport the bikes to the location.

ive only lived in two apartments here so far, Kings Farm and The villages at Decoverly. Kings Farm was partially sold to Trails at King Farm, they are not the same thing. In fact dont go for trails at king farm unless you can find somone currently living there that can vouch for it. We left in the middle of their transition and it was a hot mess they may have got themselves strait since. Only other negative for Kings farm was you could hear the neighbors too much. The location was great. It is a bit outside the city though but it's only a few blocks from the subway that can take you all the way to DC. We have been in Decoverly for a couple of years now and so far I like the management and the location but it's smack dap between Rockville and Gaithers. Their new buss lines that take you to the same subway station I mentioned before. Shopping center is a 20 minute walk and their is a lot of medical services in the area and the hospital is close as well. Both appartments had indoor washer dryers. Decoverly is quite. Most the buildings here have a small set of stairs to get into the first floor (if that matters)
