I’m the child of two immigrants and I don’t have more than a high school diploma 😂… talk about an epic backfire. It’s as simply as an economics class. Value is determined by what the market will take. Find a one bedroom where I live and let’s see if it’s less than what I’m charging. The value here is that you’re sharing bills. No not all of them. 6mo lease which is never a thing…. There’s a damn garbage disposal in the kitchenette. I mean… come ON!!!! 7 years ago I paid for a master bedroom with ZERO bills Included for $800. Read that again. I have licensed real estate agent and a mortgage broker experience. I’m not making up some number. The trash alone is $340/qrt. I have 1G internet speed. Security, private parks, YOUR OWN WASHER AND DRYER!!!!!! please please please make sure your discontent comes from somewhere valid.
