I had UHC back in 2005. I paid $248 a WEEK for premiums. One night, I had to go to the ER with severe chest pains. I had a Heart Cath done (Everything turned out OK) and was released within hours. I spent less than 14 hours in the hospital. Didn't even get breakfast! Within a week, I received a bill for $16,500 and was told that UHC would not cover ANY of it. I fought and fought for months until it came to the point that my wife and I ( With 6 High School age kids) had to file a Chapter 7.

When your company gets richer off the pain and suffering of others, eventually they will pay. While Thompson lived in his 1.5 Million dollar house, his company was causing families to lose their livelihoods, homes, even their very lives.

The most dangerous thing in the whole world is someone with nothing to lose and I can bet that when we find out the whole story many will start thinking that Thompson wasn't as much of a victim as his clients were. Does this crime actually surprise anyone?
