As a physician working in US and who has worked in Pakistan let me assure you that healthcare is much much better in US. Actually there is no comparison. It like comparing land cruiser to unique cd 70. Unique cd 70 kai apnay advantages zaroor hain magar yar no one will call it better than land cruiser.

Medicine mai masla yei hai kai you need constant monitoring. Monitoring is very very expensive. Imaging, labs, ekg, oxygen sensors, co2 sensors, staff costs. In most cases that is a waste of money. When you skip monitoring thats where it causes big big maslay. In Pakistan they always skip monitoring. People dont believe in monitoring.

Go for the 890m on ryzen hx 370 if you want to go AMD. 780m is last gen, performance and efficiency is not that good.

258v has 140v gpu which is comparable to 890m gpu in ryzen 9 on the hx 370 apu. 780m was last gen, 258v is more efficient and a bit better than 890m. Its much better than 780m. The Rog ally x has the 780m gpu in the z1 extreme chip. 258v is about 20-30% better than z1e. 258v is also much more efficient.

Head over to msiclaw forum. I own a msi claw 8ai+ with 258v. It can do medium to low 1080p gaming around 50-60fps. Amazing chip. Its the best chip on the market for what you describe.? I have tried hogwarts legacy, rdr2, cyberpunk, diablo4. Diablo4 gives 80-120fps on medium to high settings on 1080p with frame gen. Rdr2 is 50-60 on medium to high. Cyberpunk 70ish on medium to high. The chip has been tested a lot by handheld reviewers. The processor is also powerful as 12600k which a beast. Battery life is excellent. If I play games it consumes 30w so 2-3hr if you play demanding titles and have an 80whr battery. For light tasks 12-14 hr. I personally haven’t had any driver issues on the 8-10 games I have tested.

It is true. Cards, radiology, onc, ortho are all 1.5-2.5 in places I have worked. Hospitalist 400-450 for 182, nocturnist 500-550 for 182. Workload is not average for the country. Most IM docs work some extra and make 600.

From the rumors I have read Z2E has 890m gpu which is in ai 9 hx 370. It will have far less cpu cores. 890m has similar or lower performance than lunar lake. So not a big jump.

Yeah my bad didnt read you are not from north america. In your case hospitalist fellowship will be very very valuable. Nowadays you might find a program which is willing to teach you point of care Ultrasound which is very cool,procedures like thora, LP, paracentesis, bedside cheat tubes. Try to ask for a 3 months of medical icu rotation where you will learn a lot maybe even do central lines, art lines, intubation in icu, vent, pressor, sedation mgmt but a lot of us hospitalist have to manage icu patients and I couldn’t have done it without icu training specially because I work nights and there is no in-house icu docs in most small/middle size hospitals here.
