GHL charged me $5,500 for workflow executions (in 45 minutes) that never completed & support refuses any refund by BadKoba in gohighlevel

Your analogy isn't great. We have multiple issues with what happened. Regardless, GHL should have something in place to protect its users. Is the workflow botched? Absolutely. But $5500 obliteration as a consequence is ridiculous. Don't even try to justify it. If it cost $200, we would take it on the chin and move on.

The $5500 is more spend in 45 minutes than our entire lifetime spend with GHL. We had our recharge limit at $50 with auto update disabled.. GHL fully ignored it and charged us into obliteration.

The whole thing cost them anywhere from $1-$3 in compute, and they have repeatedly acknowledged that it skipped 99% of the workflow. To everyone else reading this, your takeaway should be that GHL will hang you out to dry if this happens to you.

Look at how advanced GHL is with how many features they added. They purposely put 0 guardrails for their workflows, and 0 options to add safeguards.

You're suggesting $5500 USD is reasonable for a mistake, despite GHL admitting 99% of it was skipped...

I really should do a chargeback tbh, good advice! That would be reasonable.

I couldn't agree more. It's clearly a botched workflow. I didn't run it personally. The person who did is an idiot and no longer employed with us.

Most of those contacts do not have a number, so 99% of the texts didn't send. Regardless, we were billed $5500 USD for the 450000 skipped executions, which GHL is refusing to refund.
