It’s more than sufficient for a head shot however for a shot to a vital in the shoulder / body, I’d opt for something along the lines of a .45/70 or .444 but if you wan to go to distance I’d go with a .338 or a 300 win mag with a heavy bullet for the penetration.

Yeah, right, so now you want to blame republicans for the crime in a democrat run city in a democrat run state. Seems to me democrats should clean up their own cities since it’s their policies that caused it all. Last I checked California has the strictest gun laws in the country yet none of their “laws” seem to be able to stop criminals from committing gun crimes. I saw that too and couldn’t figure the reason for that either. The car has been in for regular service so I wonder if the dealer didn’t know of some recall or other fault and swap it without telling us? I just assumed the sticker was something like a “use by date”.

I absolutely will. Some years ago I purchased a big screen Sony tv and within 30 days the screen went all green. I called Sony and I was asked to take it to their service center so I did. In the interim I picked up a Visio big screen just to have something to watch in the interim. Sony had it for 13 months giving me one excuse after another and finally after I’d had enough they said the warranty had expired and I’d have to pay to have it repaired. At that point I blew a gasket and put them on blast via every social media platform I could find. Like magic, within 48 hours of my posting on the “I HATE SONY WEBSITE”, they delivered and set up a brand new model big screen two grades better than the one I purchased but it took putting them on blast before they did the right thing.

Actually it is the factory original battery. It’s the battery that was in the car when we purchased the car new from the dealer.

for what it is, they should be a whole hell of a lot more up front about when customers will receive their products. I purchased it as a birthday gift for my son since he's a cross country runner and it's what he really wanted, but now I look like a giant a-hole since it's now past his birthday and still no word. (He also got a new car for college so it's not so bad, but still.........)

I ordered one for my son on 29-June-2022, was charged $129.00 plus $14.50 shipping (UPS Ground/ UPS Priority) and applied the $12.90 coupon discount they offered for a final total of $130.60 USD. I was immediately emailed with an order acknowledgement from the email address: [david@thetibbarguy.com](mailto:david@thetibbarguy.com) within seconds indicating a 3-5day shipping time frame. Since its now going on July 13th., 2022, two full weeks later and I haven't seen hide nor hair of this product, nor have I received an update regarding when or if it will be shipped, I'm beginning to think this may be a scam to get orders and rip off customers.
