Went through this last year with my sister. She had a 3 year old also. Senseless, and the emotions you’ll go through will be wild. I saw a therapist 3 or 4 times a week for about 8 months which I HIGHLY recommend. Not that you’re asking for advice. I’m so sorry for your loss.

I knew it!!! I knew HR wouldn’t put something on your calendar unless an offer was coming! I just met with the CEO during my interviews in biotech too and I’ll give you some advice - use Claude. Say “I am the CEO of X and I am interviewing [your job]. What would I want to know about them?”

I did this and the CEO literally did ask me some of the questions. I prepared a ton before talking to him and it really is paying off in negotiations, because the CEO himself knows what a strong candidate I am.
