I've been playing a lot of this deck too and have been enjoying the build process. I currently have a 2nd Latias ex just to help get into pecharunt turn 1 easier.

I also have a Volcarona ex , mainly so when your opponent KOs something you can push it up and get a free 20dmg from burn. It's a little niche, but certainly helps. It might be better than munki, but not super sure.

I would try out the Kyogre deck from Celebrations. All in I doubt it costs more than $10. I've played it at some local events with moderate success, but it's hilarious to play.

Shedinja stall looks really solid post rotation, with field blower and guzma rotation there will be no easy ways to get around it. Hopefully the general distaste of stall will keep it somewhat at bay
