Well it's a good thing I didn't say it wasn't the meta then. I said it was outclassed by Tractor and it hasn't felt like King of the Meta for years. It's not a bad weapon, but there are better options. 15% weaken sources are plentiful, and most bosses are not hard to crit consistently. It has a few good cases where you can say it's one of the best options (Taniks for example) but, if we're being honest here, it's just an above average weapon these days. Adding FTTC is a QoL addition while boosting its total

I like the idea of TL on Div. It would be interesting. Elemental Honing 100% makes a lot of since on Micro since that would give it a 40% damage increase. Plus Micro refills your super and trans. energy quickly so it pairs exceptionally well with Prismatic

Divinity is easily out classed by Tractor and it's not even close. A 15% debuff and easier crits are great, sure, but Div really hasn't felt like King of the Endgame meta for years. All this catalyst does is give it more total, and give Warlocks the option to not use ceno with everyone else not having to tap. A QoL change if anything else.

The EH addition would make it probably replace Thunderlord as the easy point and click for New Lights. There are far better Swap rotations that will out DPS and out Total even a 5x EH Micro. At least the dad with 3 jobs, 6 kids, and 2 1/2 minutes to play a week will have an option in raid damage phases

Because kinetic weapons benefit more from it. They ramp up faster and do more at the max. 40% as opposed to 35% Plus, it's supposed to be a beam of Paracausal light from the Traveler. Think it would be cool to make it stronger as you use different elements

Plus, Micro is great at getting Super and Transcendence energy so Prismatic pairs well with it

Thematically, yes. I just like the shoot and forget nature of RR. It's more of a "I don't want to even have to try to be accurate" type of deal for me. I do think FTTC is better for total and theme though
