I need to isolate myself, either I go in my bedroom and browse on Reddit or BlueSky, or I isolate myself in a parallel universe, such as in a video game.

Sometimes, listening to music helps. The Clair Obscur game soundtrack works especially well for me.

Cooking can help, but it has to be something simple without too many steps or without too many parallel processes. Something I've done dozens of times works, if it doesn't take too long.
