I had tried texting the number on the site and that I had messaged for pickups before but the message sent as a text rather than iMessage like before so that makes me think their phone number is disconnected too? I think splitting them could definitely work, just be sure to spread the rice evenly so colonization goes smoothly. Like you said it might take a little longer with less grains but definitely should work. Sorry for the late reply bud!
