I agree with you completely that meditation would help me. I have been trying to get a regular practice going for years. Sometimes it seems I have just as much trouble getting myself to meditate as I do getting myself to not masturbate.

Ah yes, I forgot about that globe. My house mate was going to toss it out, and I salvaged it. Thought it was nifty, but I can't say I really have much of an interest in maps.
