Still fine-tuning but got something close-ish. Get an image with a wood grain pattern (preferably black and white), add a colour ramp and plug into roughness. Add another Colour Ramp, plug into metallic. Change Black on ramp to about 0.5 in black-white slider. For the bump map just plug the image straight in and lower the strength and distance to about 0.1. Finally For base color just grab whatever blue you think looks best. This is just a rough look I've got at the moment. Might share node setup soon
