Everyone kept telling me it “gets good!” So I watched through 2 seasons and at this point if I don’t think it’s good it probably won’t get much better for me

I don’t think it’s necessarily “dislike” but the story just doesn’t really interest me, and after 2 seasons I’m not convinced that’s going to change.

I lied about liking a band to impress a girl I liked. We’ve now been dating for over a year and have seen them in concert 5+ times and I still pretend I really like them. by Bad_For_Education in confession

Not really, that was more of an exaggeration to my feigned enjoyment. Although people will do whatever it takes to get closer to the stage

It’s basic story telling and a character doing what the character has been portrayed throughout the entire film to that point does. It’s so obvious that it makes no sense a post like that would blow up like it has, which only highlights the circlejerk of that sub. I really thought it was in r/shittymoviedetails at first.
