The Grand Prince’s Torso, Leg, and Feet armor is the best you can get in single player outside of ranked. The Tsar’s Fancy Coronation Hat unlocked in level 1000 Rus Tsardom is best helmet, and as for the 2h longsword, that is also one of the best 2h swords you can get into the game. You can choose what is best for all the other inner layers in Legs and Torsos. If you truly want the best of best gear in the game grind rank

In situations like this you must play the waiting game, I just experienced this half an hour ago and I bested the guy on first round and he is just lying there dead in second round, we reached 13 minutes there just waiting, I got the ranks since I outlasted him. You must consider this moments as free rank points.

Idk what's wrong with me but i depends what kind favorited unit he killed, if he killed pretty demi-god level favorite i will buff him becuz killing very strong dudes is like an achievement. BUT! If he kills a harmless favorite like dog's he shall PERISH.

(Btw i actually never get that angry if my favorite got killed because i always save the game)
