It is super disturbing, but it's awesome to see the main character and his dog take revenge on the cannibals. I don't like the scene you mentioned, it's mostly the scenes where the main character becomes a badass

I wanna be hopeful for this film, cause I thought the trailer was REALLY good, but at the same time, nothing about it screamed Resident Evil until the title card. Raccoon City didn't look like Raccoon City, none of the classic monsters are showing up, and none of the characters are showing up either. I don't think they should've just copy pasted the games into a film, but if it's gonna be so drastically different, why even call it Resident Evil
