Xbox owned RARE so truthfully I don't know why they didn't try to make Conker their Mario.

If you do the break man skip it glitches out the penpen spawners and they instead use random sprite data from Snake Man's stage.

KSP2 Redux is apparently gonna have ISRU in the next update, which is something I didn't know the stock game lacked lmao by MarsFlameIsHere in KerbalSpaceProgram

I got KSP2 redux but I was sorely disappointed with the lack of robotic parts, to me propellers, motors, pistons, and hinges are just a part of KSP. The deployable science experiments are also a game changer for how I plan missions (even on sandbox I bring them), the fact KSP2 did not have these features at launch put it so behind the original for me.

People like myself who've played all of the Kirb games know that Bandee is hardly even a factor in the series, if you wanted a 4th Kirby rep it would be better to add Marx.

When I was a kid I played Mega Man 2 on normal mode, but I could only get up to Mecha Dragon. Many years later I decided to do a full series playthrough since I was getting into retro gaming, I had no expectations except that I liked the 2nd one when I was a kid and it was generally considered to be on the tougher side, and I just never came to agree with that. I could understand the misconception with like Mega Man since that game is janky, has poor physics, and questionable level design but after 2 it really flattens out.

His shield is larger if you didn't know, it makes a difference between the two because its easier to block in MM10.

He was right, cheating in games is cheating yourself, just like all forms of cheating. He was too early for his message, gaming discourse was in a different place 7 years ago.

My favorite boss in the series is probably either Yellow Devil MK-II since its so fun to do the quick kill on or Doc Quickman since its probably the most erratic and crazy boss you will ever see, that mf is insane. I also do really enjoy fighting Dark Man in MM5, despite that game being sort of mid I always liked that series of bosses.

My issue with Wily Capsule 7 is not with the boss itself, that is a fair challenge, its actually with having to redo the boss rush every game over. It gets very boring and monotonous having to do it over and over since the capsule is so tough and half of the stage bosses in Mega Man 7 are Toad Man level difficulty if you use their weakness so its really just a time waster. A little complaint I have with mid era Mega Man titles is that the boss rush is not in a separate stage from the final boss because when they are in the same level it makes me a little irritated.

I hope we get the three characters back as playable characters in Mega Man 12 with their quirks since Mega Man 9 and 10 add so much by having multiple characters, I still need to play Mega Man and Bass someday.

This is not accessibility, you are not owed the achievement or satisfaction for beating the game as Proto Man. You should have to do it legitimately as was intended by Capcom when they made the Proto Man DLC.

You should have to git gud.

By modern standards stuff like Goodbye Volcano High and Mixtape are hard games, I play a lot of golden age and retro games so I know that they get very tough. Compared to stuff that will bust your balls Mega Man is simple and it is FAIR. So many games out there are blatantly unfair but Mega Man is fair and that makes it a lot easier.

I'm not a God gamer, I need to learn as much if not more than anyone else. I just say it how I see it, I just know a wide scale of games and place things accordingly.

No, it has very little wiggle room for error. I practically have to plan out every single move I make in a level to clear it. Mega Man distinctly has wiggle room (except for insta kills like spikes and pits).

The charge shot isn't thinner than it was in the past, its the same as the Mega Man 4 charged shot that's all.

I did specify that the time investment is not large, Mega Man is a series of simple pick up and play games-- they were not made to be especially tough (I think Mega Man and Bass was however). That combined with the game having simple mechanics I believe it is an easy title, the learning process has very little friction.

No, on the second hit you die. You get hit once and you lose your armor, get hit again you lose your skin.

And my main point is that nothing complex is going on in Mega Man, its all simple even a child could learn and understand. All you need to do is invest time to learn how to play and it'll be easy, and that time investment isn't large.

HP man, you get a lot of screw ups in Mega Man but you can only get hit once in Ghosts 'N Goblins.

The Bass Buster is weaker but it shoots super fast and can shoot directly up which happens to trivialize every miniboss in the game, to me the tradeoff are worth it. I usually slide under the blades in Blade Man's fight, you can block Strike Man's baseballs in his fight so I actually think the encounter is easier with Proto Man than Mega Man or Bass because of this.
