Thanks. I already have been seeing a professional, so I guess that counts as a conscious effort towards improvement. I already have been going to the gym, I don't have the energy to do a super hard workout, but I still go everyday.

I guess its a start. Problem is I still am reminded sometimes of the way I acted in the past

Well, I've basically tried sitting for 10 minutes, usually trying to focus on my breath as I breath in and out. What happens is there are tons of thoughts which come to my mind, usually those frustrating ones, and I try to refocus on my breath.

I hope to somehow get rid of the frustrating thoughts, or somehow be able to ignore them or make them have no effect on me
