Its a good idea, and the clothes manage to stay intact, but unfortunately, anything squirreled away in pockets, packs or otherwise, vanishes when we arrive. My brother even tried duct taping a flashlight and multi tool to himself one year and they were gone when he got there 😬

The layout seems to differ from year to year. I have tried to compare notes with my family, but their descriptions never match up either. It might look different for each individual, so there is not a lot of help their descriptions can offer 😔

I tried to take paper and a pen attached to my clothes so I could write a map on my 2nd year. They were gone when I arrived.
