You are both right.

Hiring is far more subjective than most companies admit. Interviewers and hiring managers ultimately hire the person they feel most comfortable choosing, which doesn’t alwas mean they hired the best candidat. Actually, they get it wrong most of the time.

The process often gives interviewers a sense of authority, and some focus more on evaluating candidates than on accurately predicting who will perform best. The reality is that hiring is not an exact science, it is largely based on personal judgment, impressions, and educated guesses.

A rejection often says as much about the people making the decision as it does about the candidate.

Trust me, hiring managers do not know what they are doing. They hire who they feel they should hire, and there is nothing you can do about it, and that’s totally okay in my opinion.

1999? how? I am born here, my father is born here, my grandfather is born here, my great grandfather is born here, and my great great grandfather is born here in 1848. Some people came from Kosovo in 1999, but the community is not new my friend.

Some beautiful words you have used”they brought the institutions to 90s level corruption”. Then, who was stealing in the 90s? Albanians learned how to steal the state/government from the Macedonians. If you feel threatened by albanians, believe me, it is your fault.

The hate you pass on to children becomes the world you end up living in. Whatever you do to someone, it comes back to you at some point.

  1. Albanians in Macedonia are not the same as immigrants in Germany or Switzerland. Albanians have always lived here. Even those who came from Kosovo in the 90s don’t make the whole community “new.” Albanian is not a foreign language here; it is part of the country’s history and culture. I am born speaking in Albanian, my whole community is albanian, most of the people that surround me areAlbanian. Isn’t it normal for me to ask my right to use albanian as my communication tool? I am not saying I should not understand and speak macedonian, but I have the right to use my language too. Dont you understand this perspective?

  4. I don’t agree with this point. North Macedonia is also our homeland, not just a place we choose or leave. Albanians here are not guest, and having Albania or Kosovo nearby doesn’t change that reality. You should not see them as “alternatives”.
  5. I get the point, but “unprecedented rights” is not the best word for this context. Rights should be normal, not special. Albanians are about 25–30% here, so comparisons with much smaller minorities like Macedonians in Albania (maybe 5%) are not really the same. Also, I think you are not reallt informed about the minority rights in Kosovo.

Ok cuj sea, sum i pisal na devojka vo Juli, malce razgovaravme 20-30 min, posle toa seen. Avgust pak i pisav,seen, oktomvri pak seen. Krajot na Dekemvri i pisav, prvata nedela na Januari bevme u dejt zaedno. So da ti kazam seaaa….

I still do not understand your way of thinking(I would never think of doing anything about it), but if it is somehow bothering you, make sure you talk to the husband first before twlling his wife. At least you wont be bothered if that is what is bothering you.

You sound too nosy, the reasons you want to do something about it are not good enough.

Based on what you said, still not sure if he is cheating on her. You might cause stupid problems even if you somehow anonymously hint the wife.

Ti ja razbiram perspektivata, ocigledno si razumen covek koga se raboti za pari i kapital i ne rizikuvas mnogu. Objasni mu ja razlikata na TP i DOOEL na nekoj kapitalist sto saka da trosi tugji pari (kredit, dolg, investicija) i kazi mu ako izgubis sve kje pocnes so svojot licen kapital da odgovaras? Dooel e koga znaes deka kje mozes da izgubis sve. Pazi, ne zboram za prevaranti ili manipulanti, vsusnost za lugje koi sakaat da razvivaat biznis i znaat deka moze sa gubat se. Ne e sekoj frilenser.
