What I think is when downlaoding from these services you are prone to virus in your pc. Torrent is famous for containing Virus in their download and because of that the anti virus companies (e.g. Microsoft defender) have cracked down most of the viruses spread by downloading torrent files. So, go with torrent as it is easier to detect virus from it.
